Due to the custom nature of our items, please consider all sales to be final. 
The distance selling regulation does not apply to personalised goods.
Please take care when you are ordering your item that no errors are made, 
as the item is personalised no refund can be issued.
If the item arrives damaged in transit or has not arrived at all PLEASE CONTACT US, and we will try our best to rectify the problem.
 
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-personalised items
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
We don't accept cancellations
 
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
 
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
